- Click on "Start a Project" in your dashboard

- Submit your Project for review

Q: What's the difference between All-or-Nothing and Keep-What-You-Raise Projects?
A:
- All-or-Nothing: You only receive funds if you meet or exceed your funding goal. If you don't reach the goal, no money is collected from backers.
- Keep-What-You-Raise: You receive all funds raised, even if you don't meet your goal.
Each model has its advantages. All-or-Nothing can create urgency and may be seen as less risky for backers, while Keep-What-You-Raise ensures you get some funding even if you don't hit your target.
Q: How long can my Project run?
A: Projects on Charii can run for up to 60 days. However, we recommend a duration of 30-40 days for optimal momentum. You can choose the length that best suits your project needs.
Q: Can I edit my Project once it's live?
A: You can make minor edits to your Project page after it's live, such as updating the project description or adding new FAQs. However, you cannot change major elements like your funding goal or Project duration once the Project has launched.
Q: How do I receive my funds if my Project is successful?
A: If your Project is successful, funds are typically transferred to your designated bank account within 14 business days after your Project ends. You'll need to have completed the account verification process and provided all necessary banking information.
Q: What fees does Charii charge?

For Backers
Q: How do I make a contribution to a Project?
A: To contribute to a Project:
- Navigate to the Project page
- Click on the "Back This Project" button
- Select your reward tier (or choose to make a contribution without a reward)
- Enter your payment information

A: If you haven't received your reward by the estimated delivery date:
- Check the Project page and your email for updates from the creator

- If you don't get a response, you can contact Charii support for assistance
Q: Can creators change the rewards after the Project has launched?
A: Creators cannot remove or downgrade existing rewards for backers who have already pledged. However, they may add new reward tiers or make improvements to existing ones.

Q: How do I stay updated on a Project's progress?
A: When you back a project, you'll automatically receive updates from the creator. You can also:
- Check the Project page for posted updates
- Enable email notifications in your account settings
